Reviews

Very beautiful place in a special landscape not only in winter also in summer for walking. The area is also connected with the area of Dorfgastein so you have a huge and very interesting area for skiing. You can buy for the whole Gasteinertal one ski pass so you can change the areas, but each area is big and interesting enough for itself. Most of the slopes are red and blue. The mountains in this area are kind of soft in comparison to Sportgastein for example, and because of that I would recommend this area especially to families and to beginners but there are also many possibilities for advanced skiers especially beside the slopes. The slopes are very bride and normally run through the woods. There are some very lovely nice huts with very good traditional food. And also in the evening you will find some good pubs. I really liked the area it’s a very nice place, in my opinion especially for families.
