Fantastic Sun , ideal beginner slopes by restaurants/ Blanchon recommended , excellent variety of slopes for intermediate and expert skiers- below gondolas - plenty of - off piste at tree line , following sun , East to West , easy ski back down to village or gondola , pperfect slopes to cherry pick the ideal slopes based on conditions , never big crowds for lifts , family and young crowd , mainly from Nice metropolitan region / cote d azur and local italians / mongasques, a great mix of people. Auron Village with Ice skating rink as focal point , good variety of apres ski bars , and perfect for families, everything short walking distance , variety of mountain restaurants , meats and local river fish / trout , and a corsican , had my best steak tartare at 'les Vallons' , located furthest East , below Demandols , simplement une joie enjoy
