Reviews

just love morzine. so much so we are returning this year. 2 resorts in one. something for everyone. lovely traditional resort as well. highs were skiing back from avoriaz in late afternoon sunsets and lunches high on swiss border with the most spectacular views. we are good intermediate skiiers with 2 young boys and we didnt tire of the variety and challenge. the only thing is, check forecasts if booking early season. its not the highest resort and although avoriaz is snow sure, the lower pleney slopes may not be. also, we went xmas week and had to walk to the lifts for the first few days because the buses hadnt started operating. one other tip - you have to get lift back from avoriaz into morzine at the end of the day. make sure you get there before it closes!
