Jeseníky Mountains are located on the border between the Czech and Polish region of Slezsko. The highest mountain of Jeseníky protected area is the Praděd (1492 m) on the top of which stands a television transmitter. The top point of this transmitter is the highest point in the Czech Republic. Jeseníky offer many interesting places worth visiting. For example Praděd - Ovčárna which is also called the "Moravian glacier". The weather here allows skiing from November until May.
