Skiing in the Gstaad and the Saanenland is marked by a huge variety of offers for snowboarders and skiers. The region is also known to be very family-friendly. There are many slopes and cross-country ski runs in the ski areas Châteux-d'Oex, Glacier 3000, Rellerli, Rougemon-Saanen-Gstaad, Wasserngrat, Wispile and Zweisimmen. The pistes reach up to an altitude of 3000 m. Glacier skiing and helicopter skiing are also possible. Freestylers and snowboarders can use one of the 4 snow parks with diverse slopestyl possibilities: the Vannillaz Playground, the Monsterpark Glacier 3000, the HighLand Park or the Snowpark in Zweisimmen.
