Snow Reporter Comments: Temporarily closed due to mild weather
The coming week we will be closed due to the mild weather that is going on and has been reported throughout the week. When the rain stops, we will consider whether I can go out and fix trails and lift routes with the treadmill. We will come up with a new update when it approaches the weekend again, the next opening day will possibly be Saturday March 8th.
Kvamskogen is the largest area for winter activities in Western-Norway, and features 3 ski resorts and 60km of prepared cross-country tracks less than 1 hour's drive from Bergen city. There are 6 ski lifts that give access to a skiing area with a total length of 17km. There are designated areas for children, floodlighting and snowmaking facilities.
