I've never seen such a terrible shuttle service. The shuttle schedule is displayed on the boards, but the shuttles don't run on time. They only run once an hour, and considering that more than half the stations use the shuttles, you can imagine that unless there's a fight, you won't get on. And the drivers are incredibly rude; they practically yell at you for following the schedule on the bus. It's truly awful.

Don't pay attention to some of the exaggerated reviews; form your own opinion. It's a fantastic family resort with plenty of entertainment and activities during the holidays, great restaurants, and very reasonable prices for the mountains. Skiers will have a great time with 100km of slopes, and non-skiers will enjoy snowshoeing, walks, shopping, swimming, tobogganing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, etc. I highly recommend it.

Parking is excessive. The northern part of the resort is unpleasant to ski on. There are few slopes. Too much artificial snow. And above all, too many icy slopes.

Honestly, for black runs, I've experienced worse. But once you ski down a blue run, you're good to go on blues. The vertical drop is scary at first, but you get used to it. Why? Because I think skiing is one of the sports where you progress the fastest. I've only been four times, one week a year, and honestly, it gives you a lot of confidence. But it's harder to learn to ski when you're an adult; you're more apprehensive. You're like in a trance, you're in your own world, you're skiing, and it feels good. There are a lot of people at the bottom, the slopes are icy, and sometimes you can tell there isn't much snow. I have nothing to add; I hope this comment is helpful. Enjoy your week of skiing!

• These are tracks that make you want to progress without being intimidating; they're well-designed. Especially in one spot where you can go uphill, there's a track shaped like a racecourse – it's fun for learning. The instructors love their job, that's for sure.
• Upon arrival at the resort, it's definitely a blue run, not enough green runs, but we're really having fun. Be careful of those who drink in the afternoon and come back on skis; it's funny, their skis aren't straight.

A lovely family resort with plenty of forests, local shops and a mini-market, and a very good pizzeria. 100km of slopes – it's not Tignes/Val d'Isère, but they're pleasant and more than enough for a few days. Always good snow cover and the slopes are groomed every night. For some, there's an outdoor heated pool for relaxing after a day on the slopes. What more could you ask for? Admittedly, not really suited to partygoers, which doesn't mean there's no fun to be had, but it's quite pleasant...

• Paid parking, small grounds, but very sufficient for a week.

This resort has potential but is sabotaging itself: The parking (and complicated parking) is an added absurdity given the already high price of the holiday. There's nothing family-friendly about it; entire busloads of people from Eastern Europe come to party day and night. If you want to sleep, you'll need earplugs. The police are lethargic; there are signs everywhere to regulate parking, but you can do whatever you want, and nobody does anything. The disabled parking space at the bottom of the residence remained occupied by an able-bodied person all week. I lost a bag and sent an explanatory email to the police; the address on the town hall website is wrong! But anyway, nobody replied once I found the correct address. The staff is only moderately friendly; it's definitely a tourist area... Otherwise, €44 for a lift pass is reasonable; the slopes are decent; and apart from a few slow lifts (the ridge lifts), the lifts are efficient.

• Horde of drunken Hungarians, nothing family-friendly, difficult and expensive parking

30 minute wait for the chairlift, dog poop, unfamily-friendly resort, no parking spaces, paid parking everywhere, partygoers all night, no local products. In short, a fairy tale.

Beautiful resort, but lacking shops and electric vehicle charging points. It needs to modernize.

• A lovely resort for a family holiday with young and old.
• Not enough electric charging stations, and the only electric spaces are taken up by gasoline-powered cars. No police intervention has been carried out.

We had a superb week in the sun in a magnificent landscape full of varied trails, we had a lot of fun!

• Unbeatable sunshine, plenty of varied trails, and welcoming shopkeepers – so many positive points!
• Not enough "easy" tracks for less experienced riders

Overall, a pleasant resort that also offers a lot of après-ski activities.
