Passo Stelvio is open for skiing today, with the glacier operating under a mild and unsettled early-autumn pattern. The latest reported snowfall was earlier in September, while today's forecast brings cloudy conditions and occasional showers, with temperatures around 2.5°C in the morning rising toward 10°C in the afternoon at the pass. Visibility may be reduced early in the day, becoming drier and brighter later. The latest official lift information lists the Pajer and Cristallo drag lifts operating from 7:30am to noon, with the facility open from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The glacier operation is scheduled to continue through 1 November 2026, though changing weather at the pass can affect access and skiing conditions; road and mountain-pass conditions should be checked before travel, particularly with more variable weather expected over the coming days.
