good for beginners as well as pros when whole station is open. some good off pistes when powder but limited back country
If you want ..easy access from airport..ski bus only 1 euro each way... accommodation right on slopes... very reasonable lift pass prices.... no queues.... and no large partying apres skiers.... look no further.
This is a very French resort close to Italian border so full of locals especailly at weekends as its only an hours drive from Nice.Plenty to keep the average skier happy for a week, but if you are used to the large areas of the Portes du Solliell and the likes of Three Valleys then prepare to be disappointed.
Some great restaurants ...esp Cow Club... very limted apres ski .. most bars closed by 10.30.
All shops and supermaket in the main building of the Front de Niege so if you are in an apprtment there no need to go out in anything but a jumper.
All in all excellent value for money..shhhhh keep it to yourself.
